I am a qualified counsellor with over 15 years experience working for charities, delivering mental health services. I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling and am a registered member of the British Association of Counseling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am an active member of the Person-Centred Association.

I studied Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia and The Royal Court Theatre. I have written non-fiction for national journals and magazines. I have a special interest in improving accessibility for marginalised communities. I was the winner of the 2023 PCCS Books Pete Sanders Student Writing Award.

I have lived experience of ADHD and have published work about neurodivergence and therapy. I work with clients to explore issues they may be facing around neurodivergence and its impact upon their wellbeing. Whether you have a diagnosis, are in the process of being diagnosed or are exploring the idea it is important to know that your concerns are being taken seriously.
